I feel like I haven't blogged in months.
Nothing much to tell....work, sleep, church, complaining about low carb, taking/stealing pictures of Lily.
We had a "town day" this past Thursday.
I am currently at 13 of 50 for my Book Reading Goal
Carnage at the Christmas Party: A Mystery Novella by Holly Tierney-Bedord
My rating: 2 of 5 stars
So after 25 years of reading nothing but serial killer+forensic+dark murder books, I decided I needed a change for a while. I have been looking at a more lighter genre, so I saw this and borrowed it from the Kindle Library.
It's a no from me.
I am neither a writer or an editor, but this was just bad on both parts.

This book deserves its own blog, but I am just gonna leave this here:
The Four Legendary Kingdoms by Matthew Reilly
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
When I first started reading, I was so pumped up because I have waited almost a decade for this. It was not like the other books. I sat it down, and would read a couple of pages here and there. About two weeks ago I thought well pish posh, I'm going to finish it. I loved it. Once you figure out WHY this bizarre thing is going on, it IS like the other books. Loved it.

Do to my affectionate personality, there is no doubt that I am not the favorite child.
I am loving this Snapchat filter....
Random thought: When I die, there is to be no "she has gained her heavenly wings", "she is free from the bounds of this earth", "she has gone to be with her daddy", none of that.
I died. I was cremated.
The heat has arrived. It will be here until October.
So maybe there was an alligator 5 miles from here (I did not take the picture)
That's pretty much all I have for now!
A few random pictures, and me, counting down the days until vacation!
I enjoy sports, binge watching TV, food, reading, and slightly bearded men.
