This week has been good. Bailey, Mother and I went to Canton TX for the Trade Days. It's miles and miles long, ya'll. And of course we went through LONGVIEW!!!! I loved it, it was just never ending booths upon booths. I am ready to go back! If you have been around me at all this week, you have most definitely listened to me complain about my diet. This is a long-term thing, not just a lose weight fast scheme. As long as I am diabetic with high blood pressure, this is my life. Low carbs. low sodium. What that really means is, no bread, no bacon, no happiness. I am so sick of chicken breasts and salmon. I am searching the Internet high and low for recipes. Eating out is out of the question, because if I am going to spend $10 on a salad, dude, I can eat a salad at home for free! But yeah. This is my life. I have discovered Avocado-Cilantro dressing. It's amazing, and low in everything. Low-sodium turkey bacon bits. I would like to say the sunflower seeds are unsalted, but I cannot tell a lie. Scott loves it when I eat boiled eggs ;) Lily may or may not have learned a new word '_' She did indeed say "butthole". You're welcome. It was funnier in church, until Rebecca threatened to make me move. Butthole. The Stars made the playoffs!!!!!!! I am super excited, they didn't make it last year. Tyler Seguin is still hurting from THIS injury..... Wicked, right? I attempted to trick out my name tag at work to support the Stars. Yeah.....no. The Stars will probably endorse me NOT to root for their team. I mean who can't draw a STAR?!??! In fellow sports news, baseball season has begun. DISH Network has aired all 5 Braves games, so I am aflame with joy. Yeah...no They have lost all 5 games. But on a happy note, I did get to see former Brave/my boo Ryan Klesko. Ryan Klesko tears down #77 Family Pictures! The highlight of my work week? ...aaaaand they were kept on my desk. I didn't think that I would ever hear the Harry Potter theme in the theater again. I am happily mistaken: AND....it has Colin Farrell, yo. That is pretty much it this week. I complained about no cheeseburgers or pizza, I walked on the walking track, I worked, I went to church, and I started cleaning every room in the house only to get sucked into Bizarre Foods. I also failed to check my blood sugar 3 days out of 7. I have also made 47 trips to the grocery store in hopes of finding food that doesn't taste like cardboard. Until next week.
