*Maybe* I can redeem myself. This looked pretty simple, minimal ingredients. What you need: Approx 1/2 cup of sugar free peanut butter. If you don't want this sugar free, regular peanut butter is of course fine. I dumped 3 heaping scoops of peanut butter from the wooden ladle thing. 1 stick of softened butter. 8oz softened cream cheese. A pinch of salt (I used Kosher salt). Just over a teaspoon of vanilla. A swish of Stevia (or any sugar free sweetener). Just throw it all in a bowl, mix well. I of course started yelling for Scott, "OMG all of the *stuff* (edited for your virgin eyes/ears) is stuck in these mixing beater things!!!!! He saved the day. That is pretty much it. I transferred it to a smaller bowl and stuck some chocolate in it. For visual purposes only, no way I am going to eat that! I'm lying. There are so many things that you could use to dip this with, apples, carrots, celery, or even graham crackers. I'm just going to dive in with a spoon as soon as it cools in the fridge. Enjoy.
