For real! I have not given up.
I just haven't been blogging my food and Journey. I did write everything down, but it's pretty much the same old thing over and over.
Things I have learned these past few weeks:
I don't drink enough water.
I STILL need to exercise more.
I really miss toast.
Total loss so far has been 15 pounds, but 3 or 4 pounds fluctuate.
I have a dr appt. this coming Wednesday, the first I have had since I started this on January 23.
I have came up with a few new meals on the low-carb kick.
Ugly Zucchini Pizza Bites
Spectacular Slow-Cooked Cubed Steak
Ham , Egg and Cheese Roll Ups
Beef and Slaw Stir Fry
A Tale of Two Broccoli Casseroles
Steak and Mushroom Bites
The Bombdiggiest Caesar Salad
I did get good news at the dr. appt!
I was discouraged to take the A1C test because my blood sugar has been averaging 220-265 every day.
My doctor called, and it's a 6. SIX!!!!! It was a 12 three months ago!
I teared up, I won't lie. Looks like the new food way of life is working.
Now I need to get moving and lose more weight!
Here are some random things that I have been eating.
I'll blog again soon with updates!
