I am still working at this. Every day.
However, instead of having one cheat day, it seems like lately I have a cheat meal every day.
Yesterday I did really good, not one carb entered my mouth, all three meals, and then boom.
I ate a pint of sugar free chocolate ice cream. Probably 40 carbs.
Tomorrow I am going to kick it in the butt. I have to plan my meals, so today I can eat whatever, lol, and I will get this back in line.
I have lost 21 pounds, but 10 of those bounce back and forth.
