I was slightly skeptical about this, but it is no doubt delicious.
This is what you need:
2 packs of pre-cooked Lobster (like $2.50)
A handful of chopped cilantro
Heat the lobster through.
I used a pat of butter, and just swished it all around 6 or 7 minutes on medium heat.
Towards the end I swished Olive Oil on it and stirred for a minute or so.
I dumped it in my cool lime green bowl to cool.
Add the chopped cilantro, the diced cucumber, and avocado.
I waited a couple of minutes because I don't like hot cucumber.
Add a swish of lemon juice and a couple of shakes of sea salt, and stir for about a minute.
The sea salt really makes it pop.
I enjoy sports, binge watching TV, food, reading, and slightly bearded men.
