What I used: 28 oz diced frozen potatoes 1 pack of polska kielbasa A handful of diced onion 10.5 oz cream of mushroom 1/2 cup of sour cream 1/2 cup of milk 2 cups of shredded cheddar Seasonings: S&P Garlic powder Lawry's seasoning You don't have to pre-cook the onion and kielbasa, but I like the added flavor. You could use any smoked sausage that you like, I am just boujee. What I did: Brown the onion (with a pat of butter) and polksa Put the frozen potatoes in a greased slow cooker. I added the seasonings on top. In a bowl, mix the sour cream, milk, cream of mushroom (could totally use cream of chicken). Pour the meat/onion mixture over the potatoes, then pour the wet mixture in. Add in 1.5 cups of your favorite shredded cheese and lock that slow cooker up. I cooked it on high temp for 3.5 hours, then slowly stirred and mixed it all together. I added the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and cooked it until the cheese melted. Now. I have a very weak sense of smell and taste right now, but from what I tasted, it was delish! Scott really liked it. He added hot sauce and said it was missing something, maybe something crunchy. It is a for sure repeat meal!
