I found this recipe, got excited, then lost it. When I Googled it, I found 3 recipes that were very similar, but were all different in some way. So....I kind of combined them all and made it my own way. I omitted any mentions of celery and green onions. You can go for it. You nasty. This is how I made it: I shredded a Rotisserie chicken into bite size pieces. This was a little more chicken than it originally called for, but it was good. I "cubed" 8 oz of cream cheese. By cubed I mean I pinched off pieces and tossed them about. I put in 1/2 cup of Texas Pete Hot Sauce, and 1/2 cup of Ranch. Heat it in the microwave for 5 minutes.
I transferred it to a smaller lime green bowl (my only bowl, LOL), and stirred it a lot. I ate it with Town House crackers. It needed *something*, but I couldn't place it. Garlic powder maybe? It's delish though. Enjoy.

I knew I was either going to love or hate this.
I was not disappointed. Take 3 frozen chicken breasts, place in the bottom of a crockpot. Dump a can of whole kernel corn in there, do not drain. Rinse a can of black beans, try not to spill them all in the sink, dump them in there. Add a can of Rotel tomatoes, try to remember before you're 4 hours in..... Add a tablespoon-ish of cumin, onion powder, chili powder, and a packet of Ranch powder. I threw in a little garlic powder and Lawry's seasoning. Take 8oz of cream cheese, break it up, toss it in there. Cook on low for 8 hours. Shred the chicken with a fork, serve over rice, if you like that kind of thing. I do not. I used Tostito's Scoops. Enjoy. It's no secret that I am not a baker. I can barely bake a boxed cake where you just add eggs, oil, and water. So I found a Sugar-Free Brownie recipe and thought I would give it a whirl. No. No. No. I followed the directions perfectly. Melt 12 oz of unsweetened chocolate and a cup of butter. Add in 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa, 1.5 cups of Splenda, 1 tbl of vanilla, 4 large eggs, 4 large egg yolks, and bake for 30 minutes on 350. Here is the link to the recipe. Some people loved it, some had the same reactions I did.
