I was slightly skeptical about this, but it is no doubt delicious. This is what you need: 2 packs of pre-cooked Lobster (like $2.50) 1 cucumber 1 avocado A handful of chopped cilantro Lemon juice Sea salt Heat the lobster through. I used a pat of butter, and just swished it all around 6 or 7 minutes on medium heat. Towards the end I swished Olive Oil on it and stirred for a minute or so. I dumped it in my cool lime green bowl to cool. Add the chopped cilantro, the diced cucumber, and avocado. I waited a couple of minutes because I don't like hot cucumber. Add a swish of lemon juice and a couple of shakes of sea salt, and stir for about a minute. The sea salt really makes it pop.
Enjoy.

This one is all Scott. I didn't know what he was doing, or what the noise and smell was. All I know is he came out of the kitchen with these delicious crispy squares. What you will need:
7 cups of Rice Krispies (or store brand, I am not judging) 1 cup of Sugar-Free honey 1 cup of Peanut Butter (use Peter Pan. Trust me) Mix the honey and PB in a bowl and microwave it for 3-4 minutes. Stir it in with the cereal. Put it in a 9x13 pan, let them chill in the fridge for about an hour. Om nom nom. |
I enjoy sports, binge watching TV, food, reading, and slightly bearded men.
