For a normal person, this should be a quick, nice, spicy side dish. I don't do easy, I make everything complicated. Let me add also, that when it's a bajillion degrees outside, having your stove right next to the thermostat sucks. This was a really bad day though, I needed comfort food. I only had on an eye to boil water and an eye to saute the cauliflower. What you need: A head or two of cauliflower, how much ever you want. I used this much: Minced garlic. I cheat and use the jarred kind. Soy sauce. Sriracha sauce. EVOO. Swish two or so tablespoons of EVOO in a med-high skillet. Add bite sized pieces of cauliflower and minced garlic. Unfortunately I didn't have enough in my jar, so I also used garlic powder. Not a fan. Cook it 3-4 minutes, until lightly browned all over. Add the soy sauce, 2-3 tablespoons, and reduce the heat to low. Let it swim!!!!!! I knew I would be serving this over rice noodles so I added a little extra sauce. Depending on your preference, add as much Sriracha as you like. Serve warm. Mine below looked sad, so I added more soy sauce (to coat the noodles) and Sriracha. Next time I want to add broccoli and snow peas. Make it a full on stir fry with the garlic.
